Compliance

Three regulators, one ledger underneath

Compliance chaos is what turns into penalties. FIN’s compliance hub is organised the way the obligations are — one workspace per regulator, each fed by the same ledger, so a return is prepared from records that already balance. What is available is marked available; what is still coming says so.

Global by design, South African by completion

FIN is not meant to stay South-African-only. The accounting core — double-entry posting, source documents, classification, statements, inventory and point of sale — is designed to be jurisdiction-neutral. Today it runs in rand with South African VAT, and its documents print South African details.

What is finished today is the South African statutory layer above it: SARS and CIPC are available, and the Employment & Labour returns are in progress. That is enough for a South African small business to get the compliance chaos — and the penalties that follow it — under control.

Statutory coverage for other jurisdictions is upcoming. It is not in the product yet, and nothing on this page should be read as though it were.

Start with one bank statement.

Create an account, upload a statement, and see the classifications, the ledger and the reports it produces — before deciding whether FIN belongs in your business.
